Damardray developed a passion for the outdoors at a very early age, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and growing up he watched his grandfather tend to cattle on their family ranch in Boley, Oklahoma. As he made his way through school in Prague, Oklahoma, he never veered from his outdoor passions. After receiving his diploma from high school and obtaining a universal heating and air technician certification from Gordon Cooper Technology Center (Shawnee, OK), Damardray attended Langston University from August 2001 to December 2004 receiving a B.S. degree in Natural Resource Management.

During his time at Langston Damardray worked at the university’s goat farm and biotechnology laboratory. During summer breaks from college, he interned with the USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service and later in his college years he interned with the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture Food & Forestry (ODAFF).

Soon after graduation Damardray obtained full-time employment with ODAFF working as a Pesticide Field Inspector from March 2005 to 2017 and served as a Field Inspector Supervisor from 2017 to 2020. During his time in the field, he carried out inspections and investigations on behalf of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency focusing on the Federal Insecticide Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) regulations. From 2020 until present day, he serves as the Pesticide Complaints Program Administrator for ODAFF overseeing pesticide compliance in all of Oklahoma’s 77 counties and is influential in writing pesticide law and rule changes for the entire state. Damardray is a member of the Association of Structural Pest Control Regulatory Officials, a national organization that helps to maintain uniformity with pesticide laws in the United States its providences. During his 20 years at ODAFF he has worked to advise the citizens of Oklahoma about pesticide safety and is well abreast in all of Oklahoma’s many agricultural production operations.

All while being a public servant of the State of Oklahoma, he has managed a ranching operation in Creek and Okfuskee counties since 2007 focusing on cow/calf production. In 2010 Damardray Williams along with his cousins Nathaniel Bradford and Cleaon Bradford formed Bradford Williams Bradford LLC advocating for agricultural education and development. We have worked with Langston University and USDA to have outreach meetings that help educate farmers and ranchers in rural communities about opportunities and possibilities that will help producers elevate their operations. In 2023 BWB obtained non-profit status and are rebranding to Bradford Williams Bradford INC.

For those who may follow in our footsteps, know this; the land and cattle will always be waiting, and so will the lessons it holds.  Whether you choose to farm, ranch, or carve an entirely new path, don’t ever forget where you came from.  Because in the end, home isn’t just a place, it’s a legacy.  BWB, INC. continues our agricultural efforts and works to this day expanding and growing our ag legacy!  We want to take the lessons learned, acknowledge the importance of family and community and be the blueprint for generations to come.
